Human Monitoring Ltd. ("HM") develops stills compression technology, known as
hipix™. The hipix™ brand name and logo are owned solely by HM.
Guidelines for Trademark Use
Unless otherwise expressly provided, the use of hipix™ trademark and logo is restricted to officially licensed partners of HM and may only be used for specific purposes authorized by HM. The trademark and logo are typically used in product packaging, documentation and marketing materials, although the specific authorized use may differ from partner to partner.Please review our guidelines below, which are applicable to all uses of HM's trademark and logo.
Using the trademark
hipix™ is a registered trademark of HM. hipix™ is a brand name. As a trademark, hipix™ should always be used as an adjective. The mark should never be used as a verb or noun.Do not modify or alter the trademark
The hipix™ trademark is a brand name that is spelled in a special way with no capital letters. Proper capitalization is part of the trademark. Never change the spelling.hipix™ logo provided to you for use on web sites may not be altered in any manner and must appear by itself with reasonable spacing between each side of the logo. By using our logo or trademark, you recognize that all goodwill generated through that use inure to our benefit.
Warning
HM's trademarks may not be used in the name of your product or service. Using HM's logos, our products or services in a manner which, in HM's reasonable judgment, may diminish or otherwise damage HM's goodwill in such logos is prohibited.Changes to These Guidelines
